As a movement exercise specialist, my approach to personal training is different from what you'll find with most fitness trainers. When I create a physical wellness program for a client, I look at everything — from neglected, immobile joints and undeveloped muscles, to limited or excess range of motion, to your anatomical alignment and your overall lifestyle. My whole body approach to personal fitness training is about helping you balance your body, diversify your exercise routine, and move in healthy, efficient ways to reach your goals.
My passion for health and wellness is contagious. You can expect me to give my all, with daily or weekly check-ins, progress reports, and responsive workout adjustments. And I expect you to give your all, too. When you work with me, you get personal attention and a program created just for you. Strength and conditioning, mobility hacks, and nutritional counseling can all be part of the package or a stand alone. My anatomical and alignment-based programs are meant to create a connection between your body and mind.
I can offer this depth of service thanks to my training and education across fitness disciplines. I'm NASM-PES certified, a Functional Range Strength, Mobility and Assessment Specialist, a certified 300-hour yoga instructor, and a Precision Nutrition-certified coach. I practice what I preach, always pushing myself, whether in cycling, running, swimming, cross-training, or life in general.
