Conditioning
A personalized conditioning and functional movement exercise program helps build internal and external strength and endurance. When you condition your body, you build and protect cells, joints, ligaments, muscles and the skeletal structure. With proper conditioning, your body and brain functions better. I'll help you add purposeful movement into your life and make your workouts more effective. You'll build from the inside out to create a supportive and strong base for the activities you do and the ones you want to do. Options include free weights, kettlebells, TRX, resistance bands, and other training aids.

Mobility
A targeted mobility training program re-mobilizes your body so it moves and functions the way you need it to. I'll help you increase your range of motion or work with the range you need for your lifestyle, build strength throughout those ranges, and maximize your movement potential in a safe, efficient, and effective way. As a result, you and your joints will feel better every day. You'll get more depth out of your workouts. And if you're injured, I'll help you work with your physical therapist to gain mobility and strength in a safe way.

Nutrition
An individually focused diet and nutrition plan can help you feel confident that the foods you eat also help you move and live better. I'll work with you to develop healthy eating habits, meal plans, and recipes that will support your lifestyle for both short-term and long-term goals. My philosophy is: eat better to live better. As a result, you'll build muscle, lose weight, heal ailments, develop a healthy relationship with food and nutrition, and feel your best.

Stretch/Yoga
Personalized stretching instruction should build mobility and strength which lengthens the muscles and tissues for longevity while freeing the joints. Learn and discover the purpose behind certain stretches with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and mind/body awareness. Individual or small group classes are based on your desire, drive, and needs. These benefits can be powerful for everyone, from those with corporate jobs to those whose jobs demand movement and strength. My sessions teach you to move in a way that benefits you and keeps your stretching beneficial and safe.

Corporate Wellness & Groups
I work with corporate clients to integrate programs and classes, which include smart stretching and core strengthening for team building and to enhance productivity, performance, and health. Classes can be virtual or in-person and offered weekly or for special events. I also offer group sessions and programs for a variety of clientele, with an emphasis on families with unique needs such as religious sects.
