  • “I truly cannot say enough about Katelyn Chakey! I started training with her around 4 years ago. I was completely out of shape. I was very overweight and hadn't worked out consistently ever in my life. I had tried every diet you can think of, I had been to spin classes, private trainers, etc. Nothing had worked. One of my friends somehow convinced me to go to one of Katelyn's classes. I was immediately put at ease by her kind, supportive nature. She is upbeat and fun and is incredibly knowledgeable and kind.
