Hello, I’m Kate…

Why Me
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES)
A leader in the fitness industry when it comes to personal training certifications. Achieve better physical performance at any level. I can take you to your maximum performance level by working on your strength, agility, power, and mobility.
I am a Functional Range Assessment Specialist, Mobility Specialist and an Internal Strength Coach FRA/FRCms/FRSC
Expect the best in scientifically backed mobility and range of motion training, injury rehabilitation, and performance enhancement. While specifically assessing each client in detail when you work with me as your coach. Let’s connect the neurological and biological paths to build strength and solid architecture in the body. We will create internal movement and space within the joints which translates to force in external space, your muscles, to access your body’s greatest potential.
I am a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach (PN1)
Good physical fitness only takes you so far. I can help you develop a whole life fitness plan to not only move better but to eat and live better too. I support my clients in developing healthy diet and nutrition habits by offering nutritional coaching and guidance.
I am a certified specialized yoga instructor (RYT-300)
I prioritize an anatomically sound “hybrid” practice for individual yoga, small group yoga, and corporate yoga. My goal is to build awareness throughout the body and mind while offering a mobile yet strong, solid base to help reach your goals. My education is in Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga from Kula Yoga Project and Scott Harig in NYC.
I am a qualified TRX suspension trainer (L1)
My goal is to make eveyone move better. Working with the TRX trainer you can stay in your best shape within a small space. Take your trainer on the go or within the comfort of your own home, or closet. Using your own body weight against gravity, (Calisthenics) has never been so effective.
I am an outdoor lover
Cycling, hiking, trail running, swimming — I love to incorporate outdoor activities into a personal training plan as a way to add variety to your fitness routine and boost health and wellness and clear your mind. You'll often find me exploring the outdoors with my two dogs, Hudson and India.
I am creative
I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Modern Dance from Marymount Manhattan College. I have professionally performed, taught, and choreographed multiple forms of dance. I hold a minor in Forensic Psychology.
I care
I build trusting, lasting relationships with every one of my clients. Your whole health journey becomes my journey. I am hard-working, dedicated, and passionate about all aspects of physical wellness.
I am part of the community
I'm a member of the Lehigh Valley Road Runners, swim at Cedar Crest College, and frequent area parks and outdoor areas in the Lehigh Valley area. I often return to connect with my clients in Manhattan, where I lived and worked for 15 years.
I am ALWAYS learning
Every day I gain new knowledge about the body. I stay active and current in the world of fitness and wellness. I practice everything that I preach, and I am diligently adding to my mind and body arsenal. I have countless ways to work the areas you need to focus on the most, depending on your lifestyle. I leave no muscle or joint unturned.
